How to get rid of Anxiety

It seems that with each passing day, the world is faster, technology was invented to save us time and for us to be more efficient in our daily lives. However, it now seems that we have more things to do and less time to relax. What a paradox!

This link with poor nutrition and family, and professional challenges make millions suffer from anxiety. No one knows for sure how many people worldwide are affected by this terrible situation.

Let's consider together how AXIETY is usually defined: Anxiety is an emotional state in which a person has feelings of anxiety, hopelessness and emptiness inside. It is a disorder that starts in the mind, and you may also have a physical impact on various organs of the body, being able to produce tachycardia, stomach pain, headache, diarrhea, etc.....




Stress causes anxiety and anxiety leads to stress, is a vicious circle. Unfortunately, many have a form of chronic anxiety, while others have episodes of anxiety. These two are detrimental to our physical and emotional health.

What must you do to improve in this area?
Well, the truth is that what we eat contributes much to the problem, if your diet contains a lot of sugar, then our body accumulates not only fat but also makes us feel anxious. If we are chubby, then we feel tired, and it is easier to feel depression if you are always tired.

The other important factor is to have an exercise routine of 10 to 15 a day if you want to see positive results in your feelings. Exercise regulates our hormones and it also helps us with the loss of toxins that make a negative effect on our nervous system.


Exercise Strengthen bones, joints and muscles; it also helps as a stabilizer with our spine, so we won't be in pain. It helps to keep your heart in good shape and activate blood circulation, which increases the elasticity of blood vessels; the body is better oxygenated, and nutrients are maximized.

Besides the above helps it would increase the body's defenses and the immune system work better. Furthermore, we strengthen our brain, because it receives more blood flow and oxygen delivery through the blood, improves brain performance and thus resilience, guidance and control.

This is great information for our own good, don't you think?

Do your best to Involve your family and friends in your project to lose weight and eat better, make a contract with yourself and have two witnesses sign it. So you will take it very seriously. Furthermore, keep a record of what you eat. Try not to eat after 6:00 p.m. because the metabolism is much slower after that time.

Excellent, all these things are accomplished by exercising!

One very important thing besides eating well and having your daily exercise routine is to read the Bible every day. The Bible itself recommended this Hebrews 4:12: "For the word of God is alive and exerts power and is sharper than any two-edged sword and pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of joints and [their] marrow, and [is] able to discern thoughts and intentions of [the] heart".


As we can see there are many things you can do to reduce anxiety. And the advantages are many. Think about it: a physically and emotionally healthy person can make the right decisions, thus avoiding stress and anxiety.
